New Bulk Actions for Prompt Management

Managing your prompt library just got faster and more flexible. Scrunch AI supports Bulk Actions, so you can update dozens (or hundreds) of prompts in a few clicks. In June, we introduced Bulk Archiving for Seed Prompts & Prompt Variants (“Archive Prompts”), now we are introducing two new capabilities for bulk tagging and editing.

Here’s a quick summary of what you can do:

• Edit Tags: Organize your prompt library with bulk tagging. View, search, create, and assign tags for your prompts in bulk.
• Edit Platforms: Assign or remove platform associations (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) across multiple prompts at once with bulk editing for platforms.
• Archive Prompts: Clean up inactive seed prompts and prompt variants.

Each action includes a real-time summary, so you’ll know exactly what’s changing. It’s all part of our commitment to giving you more flexible control and granularity.
