Can I add an additional user to my plan?

Yes, if you hit seat limitations, you can add additional users for $25 a month or add an additional 5 seats for $75 a month.

What’s the difference between an industry prompt and a custom prompt?

Custom prompts are prompts you create yourself - questions or statements you write and add to track how AI models respond to them.

Industry prompts are pre-built prompts we provide organized by topic areas. These come in different quantities depending on your plan - for example, our Starter plan includes up to 1,000 industry prompts across 10 topics.

Both count toward your total prompt allocation, with each platform a prompt runs on counting as one prompt toward your package limit.

How does the annual discount work?

For agreements that are signed and paid upfront, we offer a 17% discount which is the equivalent of 2 months for free.

Do you offer pricing for agencies?

What happens if I go over my limit?

We actively monitor usage across all plans. If you’re approaching or exceeding your limits, you won’t be blocked from the product. When approaching limits, our team will reach out to give you a heads-up and discuss options to make sure you have the right plan in place to support your needs.
