Scrunch allows users to create customer personas that shape how AI models respond to prompts. Scrunch injects the persona's name and description into each assigned prompt, so the AI platform answers as if it's talking to that specific person. Ask the same question with two different personas, and you'll get genuinely different answers.
Additional context: Scrunch automatically generates up to three personas during brand setup by analyzing your website to understand your customer targeting. These personas are fully editable and completely optional.

For example, imagine a Scrunch user tracking prompts related to digital streaming services wants to focus on nostalgic pop culture fans.
The user could create a “Nostalgic Pop Culture Fan" persona in the Prompt Organization section of the Configure tab in Scrunch.
The Nostalgic Pop Culture Fan persona might look like this:
"A single man who has a deep appreciation for pop culture and nostalgia. He grew up watching Disney classics and Marvel superhero movies, and he often revisits these films for a sense of comfort. He enjoys binge-watching TV series from the Disney catalog and is an avid collector of memorabilia. His needs include access to classic films, exclusive content, and the ability to share recommendations with friends. He values a streaming service that keeps him connected to his childhood favorites."
Once the persona is saved, Scrunch suggests prompts to track based on the persona and lets the user assign the persona to prompts. From then on, every response to those prompts comes back through that persona's lens—so the same AI answer for a "Nostalgic Pop Culture Fan" looks different than it would for another audience.
All prompt data can be filtered by persona.
Yes, you can assign multiple personas to the same prompt template, which will then generate persona-specific variants.
